Where EveryMeal Tellsa Story.
Three generations of Italian cooking tradition. Fresh pasta made daily, sauces simmered for hours, and a wine cellar curated over 35 years.

A Table Worth Remembering.
In 1987, Nonna Rosa Conti left her small village outside Rome with a suitcase, three recipes, and an unshakeable belief that food is love made visible. She opened a 12-seat trattoria on a cobblestone street and cooked everything herself.
Today, her granddaughter Chef Giulia Conti carries those same recipes forward — updated with the finest Pacific Northwest ingredients but unchanged in spirit. Every dish at Osteria Nonna Rosa is a conversation between the old world and the new.
We don't rush tables. We don't cut corners. We simply cook the way Nonna taught us: with patience, with butter, and with the understanding that a great meal is one of the most generous things one person can give another.
